CAPS LOCK

I officially claim the phrase 'CAPS LOCK' as an expression of sheer revery for something that is real cool. First used on 08.03.08

For example:

TODD: Laurie, I just got a bonus check from George Bush from some, like, tax credit. Want to go buy some weed?

LAURIE: CAPS LOCK!
